Large Scale Model Kit Suitability for the Mini-Z Platform
What excites me about the Kyosho Mini-Z platform is the possibility of mating any larger scale model kit body with their chassis. Some model kits will be easier to mount than others so I’ve started a table to help sort out which ones. You might find this useful to help source kits that would be comfortable for you to mount. In some cases custom offset wheels, axles, motor mounts and T plates might be required. All measurements in the table below are approximate.
